As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Ensure patients receive their proper medication in a timely manner
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up
• Prepare and administer meals in accordance with dietary needs
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Experience working as a personal care aide or similar field
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to patient needs
• High attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
• Ability to pass a background check
